Richard - over 400 years old Claire - was on 815 that crashed. everyone but the oceanic 6 was declared dead Sawyer - same problem as claire Kate - was not allowed to leave the US but did. Miles - like his character he probably wasn't missed by anyone but he did disappear in 2004 Lapidus - probably be ok.
